Process support to a Danish NGO

Nordeco provides a Process consultant which will assist a Danish NGO introduce participatory monitoring of strength of local groups in its target countries. This will allow it to measure and compare results of its main work, i.e. supporting the formation of various groups of local people, such as village savings and loans, producer groups, advocacy groups etc. It will also allow detection of trends in the efficiency of the support provided by NGO partners, over time. Further the support concerns implementation of programmatic procedures and work habits within the organization and a move away from project implementation. Client: Danmission
