Danish Outdoor Council Education

NORDECO undertook a review and pre-appraisal of the Eco-schools Programme implemented by Danish Outdoor Council with partners in Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi.

The review found that the programme is highly relevant and has major impacts on rights to quality education. A new phase of the programme was recommended, but due to general budget cuts in funding from Danida, the new programme phase had to be reduced significantly in geographical scope.
