Themes for the capacity analysis are – among others – internal learning and organisational development, M&E, capacity development in DRC itself and among its partners, as well as financial management.
Capacity analysis and reviews will take place at DRC headquarters, and with its regional South Asia office as well as through field visits in Pakistan and Nepal.
The assignment takes place from December 2010 to March 2011.
