Food security baseline survey in Cambodia

2010-03-25

NORDECO is conducting a food security baseline survey in Cambodia’s Ratanakiri and Modulkiri provinces for the three NGOs CEDAC, Helen Keller International and Welt Hunger Hilfe. Each of the three NGOs is implementing actions funded under the EC food security operation “Support to Food Security for Women and Rural Poor in Cambodia”. A team of two consultants and 10 enumerators have, together with local staff from the NGOs, conducted 410 household interviews. The baseline survey will establish a starting point against which progress on all ‘global’ indicators for the entire EC call will be measured.
