COP15 and NORDECO

2009-12-11

NORDECO staff participates at several of the events and workshops at COP15 in Copenhagen. NORDECO has a special exhibition booth at Forest Day 3 which takes place on Sunday 13 December 13, 2009 in the the Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Copenhagen. The exhibition shows results from the ongoing research from members of the Monitoring Matters Network. This network has been active for more than a decade and seeks to demonstrate how locally based monitoring may serve to ground-truth data from remote sensing, reduce uncertainty and add governance aspects to monitoring of forest resources and carbon emissions in developing countries.

Finn Danielsen from NORDECO will be present all day at exhibition booth no. 31 at Forest Day 3.
