Process and Management Support

Nordeco staff has experience in facilitating complex processes leading to improved delivery of development assistance. We work from the belief that local development agents have their own unique way of seeking solutions, and our job as consultants are to help them in their process. Our services are designed to provide support at every step of the process: from initial workshops and pilot projects, process development, project and programme management, through to organisational transition. Our services include project/programme design and formulation, situational analysis and strategic planning , budget support and multi-donor funding schemes, plus civil society mapping and financing mechanisms. We have provided support to government institutions regarding programme desing and capacity building in Bolivia, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Philippines, Russia, and Tanzania. 

We also provide capacity assessment, management advice, and organisational development plans for civil society organisations in South and North. Some of our clients have been CARE, WWF, Danish Red Cross, AIDESEP, IWGIA, Caritas-DK, Nepenthes, Organisation for Sustainable Energy (OVE), and Danish International Human Settlement Service (DIB).
