Monitoring & evaluation
Monitoring
Our work includes design of monitoring systems for sector programme support, results-based management, development of biodiversity and resource use indicators, and indicators for indigenous peoples in bilateral development programmes.
Participatory monitoring, or locally-based monitoring, means that local communities together with government staff collect and analyse data with the aim of improving management. Nordeco has extensive experiences regarding design and implementation of locally based monitoring in various countries such as the Philippines, Tanzania, Nicaragua and Chile.
